A bedroom located on the once-stage area and 2 full bathrooms, combined with the Terrazza suite on the 2nd floor with two bedrooms & 2 additional bathrooms, making it a stunning city apartment of almost 1100 sqft located in the center of Florence with access to a roof top terrace. The apartment sleeps 6-7 in total in beds, but should there be a will there is a way, as we call it. The owner will make an exception on occasion if someone wants to have a sleepover guest in addition. A couple of comfy couches make the space homey with bistro-style side tables. Chairs & a large wooden dining table create a versatile dining area or can serve to play games or do crafts. Whatever the heart desires.
The large space has 2 skylights and other windows for fabulous lighting and in the evening, beautiful sconces and chandeliers create a wonderful ambiance. Just perfect for a larger family, group, club or anyone wanting to share this incredible space located inside of an 18th-century theatre with lots of features of the Renaissance that make Florence such a desired destination. The private entrance away from the street noise across the patio level of several romantic suites makes it truly a special place. The layout can be either 2 King size beds (upstairs) and one or two large twins on the stage. The above-mentioned roof top terrace is accessed through the two bedrooms on the 2nd floor above, with seating for 6.
